    Hi colleagues,

We hope this finds you well and that you are enjoying the summer!

We are reaching out to invite to you an OB Division Micro-Community Coffee Chat on the topic of "Psychological Contract Research" at the upcoming AOM conference in Chicago.

To provide some background, a micro-community is a small (< 30 individuals) group of scholars who study a niche area within OB. The goal of the AOM coffee chats is to meet fellow scholars with similar interests in an informal and low-key setting outside of the regular conference programming. There is no specific agenda, as it's simply an open forum to mingle with like-minded folks over coffee and light fare. The micro-communities are open to scholars at all levels, from PhD students to senior faculty, and are thus a great way to build community across the board.

This year, we are organizing the AOM coffee chat for the micro-community on "International Collaborations in Psychological Contract Research". Given your interest / expertise in this research area, we would love to have you join!

Below are some details of the meetup:

    Date: Tuesday, August 13

    Time: 11.00am – 11.50am

Location: Starbucks Coffee Reserve Roastery (Room: Michigan Avenue Cocktail Bar)

RSVP Form: Click here or copy the following link to your browser: https://psychru.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5d8cZN8zBD2lzam

Please let us know by August 1st if you will be able to join us, using the RSVP link above. And as this is a growing micro-community, feel free to suggest any other scholars who you think might be interested!

    Best,

    Yannick Griep & Marjo-Riitta Dhiel
