    Hi colleagues,

    We hope this finds you well and that you are enjoying the summer!

    We are reaching out to invite to you an OB Division Micro-Community Coffee Chat on the topic of "Psychological Contract Research" at the upcoming AOM conference in Chicago.

    To provide some background, a micro-community is a small (< 30 individuals) group of scholars who study a niche area within OB. The goal of the AOM coffee chats is to meet fellow scholars with similar interests in an informal and low-key setting outside of the regular conference programming. There is no specific agenda, as it's simply an open forum to mingle with like-minded folks over coffee and light fare. The micro-communities are open to scholars at all levels, from PhD students to senior faculty, and are thus a great way to build community across the board.

    This year, we are organizing the AOM coffee chat for the micro-community on "International Collaborations in Psychological Contract Research". Given your interest / expertise in this research area, we would love to have you join!

    Time: 11.00am – 11.50am

    Location: Starbucks Coffee Reserve Roastery (Room: Michigan Avenue Cocktail Bar)
