    Greetings from CARMA!  

    We are excited to remind you that current AOM Student and Academic members can now access CARMA's research methods education resources as part of their membership benefits. These resources cover quantitative and qualitative topics at the introductory and advanced levels. These benefits will be delivered through the 2022-2023 AOM-CARMA Affiliate Program until August 31, 2023.  One of the benefits includes a member discount on our Short Courses, and our next set is scheduled live and online for May 9-12.  Information is provided below, let me invite you to pursue your research methods training through CARMA's AOM sponsored Affiliate Program.

    Upcoming May CARMA Live Online Short Courses  

    CARMA's next set of Live Online Courses will be held May 9 - 12, 2023 and are scheduled to be time-friendly to our Europe and West/South Asia colleagues (9:00AM-2:00PM, GMT + 1)  . These courses will be held via CARMA's Virtual Global Classroom using Zoom.  Participants can choose one from a selection of seven courses that have an emphasis on hands-on experience and on the application of the topic. Our Instructors are leading methodological scholars recognized within the organizational studies and management areas as experts on their topics, several are current or past editors of leading organizational journals.     Registration Instructions:  

    To register for the 2023 CARMA Short Courses above, you must first log in to your CARMA account (If you do not already have an account, please sign-up as a website user). Once you have logged in, and you are in the User Area, select "Purchase Short Course" link under the "Register/Purchase" tab. You will then be brought to a page in which you can select your course(s) and continue on to reserve your spot(s).

    Background on CARMA

    The Consortium for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis (CARMA) is an academic non-profit unit of the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. CARMA Institutional Memberships (Premium and Basic) allow faculty and doctoral students from member schools free access to several types of events and recordings. These events include our Webcast Lecture Series, Topic Interest Groups, and PhD Prep Groups. Recordings of these events are available on-demand via our CARMA Video Library. Members also receive a 50% discount on registration fees for CARMA Live Online Short Courses. Institutional Premium Members are eligible to participate in events live via Zoom and access recordings, while Institutional Basic Members only have access to recordings.
