The OB Division Junior Faculty Workshop provides an invaluable forum for early-career faculty to receive career guidance, research insights, and mentorship from distinguished senior OB scholars. Who Should Attend?
This workshop is designed for faculty members who:

Consider themselves junior faculty (typically untenured and within the first 4-5 years of an academic position)

Are registered for the AOM 2025 conference in Copenhagen
