Can someone please point me toward a frequently used, well validated measure for employee well-being. Ideally I'm looking for a measure that is more workplace focused than Diener and colleague's 1985 Satisfaction with Life Scale but which isn't overly specific. I'm interested in wellbeing more broadly than, for example, burnout or stress.
