    Apologies for cross-posting

    Dear Colleagues,

I am posting on behalf of the authors who are conducting a review (broadly) on executive aesthetics (e.g., physical appearance, attractiveness, masculinity, vocal attributes, weight, height, etc.) and organizational and individual career outcomes. This includes any work that has utilized executive aesthetic features for measurement purposes to capture other constructs. The authors are in the final stages of searching for unpublished studies (e.g., conference papers, presentations, dissertations, theses, in-press articles, working papers, or idle file drawer studies).

The authors are looking for any empirical/quantitative work examining the association between executive aesthetics and any organizational (e.g., performance, risk-taking, firm strategy, etc.) or individual career outcomes (e.g., promotion/dismissal, tenure, compensation, etc.). The authors are also interested in studies that have examined executive aesthetics generally, for measurement, or that have examined any perceptual outcomes of executive aesthetics.

If you have any work in this area that may fit the mentioned criteria, please send it to execaesthetic1@gmail.com by August 28th, 2020.

Thank you in advance for your help!
