This is to spread the word about this university-level recruiting effort that has the potential to result in a new faculty line within our area within the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences. We encourage eligible I/O psychologists to consider this opportunity.

Texas A&M University's Accountability, Climate, Equity, and Scholarship (ACES) Fellows Program is a faculty pipeline hiring program that connects those advancing outstanding scholarship with relevant disciplinary units on campus.  In recognition of Texas A&M University's Diversity Plan, the ACES Fellows Program promotes the research, teaching, and scholarship of early career scholars who embrace the belief that diversity is an indispensable component of academic excellence.

The ACES Fellows program is active on the Office for Diversity website: https://diversity.tamu.edu/Home/Accountability,-Climate,-Equity,-and-Scholarship-F.

Applicants can apply at the direct Interfolio link: http://apply.interfolio.com/91718.  The application portal will be open until 11/1.
