    We are looking to recruit an outstanding candidate, with an interest in Organisational Behaviour to join the King's Business School. The School is one of the top ten ranked <g class="gr_ gr_26 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" id="26" data-gr-id="26">centres</g> for the study of management and business in the UK, and became an independent Faculty on 1 August 2017, reflecting growth in the range and scale of research and teaching. There are presently over 100 academic staff and a full range of undergraduate, Masters and <g class="gr_ gr_25 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation multiReplace" id="25" data-gr-id="25">PhD</g> programmes.

The School places a premium on international levels of scholarship and research excellence and you will be expected to play a role in the standing and development of the HRM Group in this regard.

    The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to high quality research and will be able to contribute excellent teaching to the development of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You should hold a PhD in a relevant field, have a high-quality track record of publications in leading refereed journals and in securing research income.
