    The Department of Management in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice starting in August 2019.  The position is designed for seven sections per year; however, if the candidate takes on a significant service role, the teaching load will be reduced to six classes per year.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  Candidates can hold a terminal degree in business or an associate field although it is not required.  An MBA or a Masters in HRM with appropriate and related work experience would be sufficient.  The position is primarily located on the OSU-Stillwater campus although candidates should remain flexible to teach in both Stillwater and Tulsa.  The position is designed to develop a greater presence in Human Resource Management and will work closely with both graduate and undergraduate curricula.  Applicants should be prepared to teach a variety of courses in Human Resource Management and/or upper division classes in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Talent Development, and Fundamentals of Management, etc.  

    SALARY: Competitive and commensurate with experience and academic qualifications.
