    Description
    The Department of Management in the College of Business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln invites applications for a tenured endowed chair appointment beginning in August 2020. The successful candidate will hold the Donald and Shirley Clifton Chair in Organizational Research. Salary, benefits, and research support are very competitive and consistent with other Big Ten universities.

    Qualifications
    Candidates are required to hold a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior or a related field, have an established record of publication in top tier journals (AMR, AMJ, ASQ, JAP, JOM, PPsych, Org Sci, SMJ) and a research record commensurate with a senior Associate or Full Professor.

    Research interests in the area of leadership and/or positive organizational scholarship, broadly defined, is preferred. Service on doctoral dissertation committees is highly desirable. We are particularly interested in individuals who are strong organizational citizens and interested in being active members of a rich academic community.
