    Dear colleagues,

we have conducted a meta-analysis of the job autonomy/job control literature. To supplement the published research, we are gathering unpublished studies to be included in our meta-analysis. If you have any unpublished studies (working papers, dissertations, or conference presentations) that include quantitative data on any of the following relationships (between job autonomy and employee outcomes) measured on the individual level, we would greatly appreciate receiving a copy sent to simeon.muecke@th-owl.de

    Perceived Autonomy
(overall job autonomy/job control or specific dimensions, such as decision-making autonomy, decision authority, method autonomy, scheduling autonomy)

    and

    Work Motivation
    Work Engagement
    Mental Strain
    (emotional exhaustion, (job) stress, anxiety)
    Core self-evaluations (self-esteem, self-efficacy, locus of control, emotional stability/neuroticism)
Social support (supervisor support, coworker support)
Job performance (task performance, in-role performance, productivity, effectiveness, quality, service)

Thank you very much for your help in advance.

    Best regards,
    Simeon Muecke
