    Dear colleagues,<u1:p></u1:p>

    <u1:p> </u1:p>

Apologies for cross posting! Please see the below request for unpublished studies:<u1:p></u1:p>

    <u1:p> </u1:p>

We are in the process of reviewing research on leadership behaviors as a dynamically unfolding process.<u1:p></u1:p> That is, we seek to offer a systematic overview of potential operationalizations of leader and follower behaviors as they unfold over time.

    <u1:p> </u1:p>

We are writing to you to request for unpublished manuscripts that use behavioral measures of leader and/or follower behaviors (both in the lab and in the field).

Examples include studies that rely on the coding of (non-)verbal behaviors, eye-tracking data (i.e., social gaze patterns), Bluetooth detection for boundary spanning behavior or facial emotion coding. Our review does not include behavioral data gathered via a survey (e.g., leaders or followers report behaviors in a questionnaire), static behavioral indicators (e.g., the level of youth employment as a behavioral indicator of employment behavior), or agent-based models of leadership.

Additionally, if you have already published a study that you think meets these criteria and are worried that we may oversee it, please contact us.

    <u1:p> </u1:p>

To facilitate timely submission of our manuscript, we are asking for all available studies by February 10th, 2020. Please send them to fabiola.gerpott@whu.edu.

    Thanks for your support!

    <u1:p> </u1:p>

    Sincerely,<u1:p></u1:p>

    <u1:p> </u1:p>
