Dear OB colleagues,
A new issue of the International Journal of Selection and Assessment has now been published (see below). You may register for free, to receive content alerts!
We hope you consider the International Journal of Selection and Assessment, as a primary outlet for your research if it is related to hiring, staffing (including, but not limited to, personnel selection), and assessment in organizations. Since the new editorial team has taken over we have managed to substantially reduce the overall time of the decision-making process to less than 40 days (from submission to final decision), with an overall acceptance rate of 13% and a desk-reject ratio of 36% (within 20 days on average).
The editorial team will be attending next week the EAWOP 2019 conference in Turin, Italy. Please come and talk to us if you are considering submitting your work to IJSA. We would love to hear your ideas!
Enjoy!
