The latest issue of Human Resource Management Journal is available now. HRMJ (published by Wiley) has an impact factor of 2.843 (5-year: 3.100) and is ranked 4/27 (Industrial Relations & Labor) and 77/217 (Management) in the ISI rankings, is rated 4 in the ABS ranking, and A in the ABDC listing.
You can access our virtual special issue on HRM in Times of Turmoil , with all included papers free to access for a limited period. This might also inspire you to submit to the current open call for papers for a special issue on "Conceptualising the Nexus Between Macro-Level 'Turbulence' and the Worker Experience in Human Resource Management" . The submission window is 1-31 January 2021.
