ESADE Business School, Department of People Management and Organization
ESADE Business School is seeking to appoint a faculty member at the rank of
Assistant Professor in the field of Organizational Behavior.
The successful candidate will join the school at its Sant Cugat (Barcelona) campus in September 2020.
Candidates must have completed a Ph.D. in a field relevant to the position (i.e., Organizational Behavior, Psychology, General Management, Sociology). In addition, candidates must demonstrate a trajectory of scholarship in the area of specialization, as well as demonstrable potential and motivation to publish high-quality, impactful research in leading refereed academic journals of the discipline. Candidates must also exhibit a foundation upon which a successful teaching career across the school's diverse portfolio of undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education programmes can be developed.
Applications will be considered on an ongoing basis starting October 2019 until the position is filled.
Interested parties should send:
• A cover letter containing a statement of research and teaching interests
• A current CV
• One recent publication
• The names and contact details of three people who have agreed to act as possible referees
• Any available teaching evaluations and any other material that can help the selection committee
