    Dear colleagues,

Despite the benefits of gender diversity in the boardroom, women are underrepresented on corporate boards globally.

We are currently conducting a systematic review and meta-analysis of the predictors of board gender diversity/board gender composition and we are looking for unpublished work. The main goal of this study is to provide a quantitative synthesis of the predictors of board gender diversity and to analyze the comparative strengths of these associations. We are interested in unpublished quantitative studies focused on factors that predict gender diversity on corporate boards. We are not focused on outcomes of board gender diversity.

If you have unpublished data (i.e. correlations, means, sample sizes, and reliability estimates) in this area,  please contact Shasanka Chalise (schalise@mun.ca) for further details or to share information.

    We greatly appreciate your help!
