    Hello everyone!

I'm Katina Sawyer, an Assistant Professor of Management at George Washington University, working with Christian Thoroughgood, an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Villanova University. We are currently conducting a meta-analysis on the consequences of leader humility (or humble leadership). The consequences can be wide ranging - i.e., leader effectiveness, leader-member exchange, follower performance (e.g., task performance, organizational citizenship behaviors, counterproductive work behaviors), follower job attitudes (e.g., job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intentions, engagement), or follower well-being (e.g., emotional exhaustion, thriving, sleep quality/quantity). We are also gathering papers that measure outcomes at the team level - i.e., psychological safety, team effectiveness, or information sharing - and at the organizational level.

Finally, we are also interested in gathering papers that report correlations between the leader humility subcomponent of servant leadership measures (e.g., Van Dierendonck & Nuijten, 2011) and the above outcomes.

If you have unpublished studies (including conference papers, theses, dissertations, etc.) that report the consequences of leader humility, we would like to include them in our study.

If you have a paper to contribute, please send it to me at katinasawyer@gwu.edu.
Please send your work by December 14th. We really appreciate your time and consideration!
