    Position:

    Towson University's College of Business and Economics invites applications for a tenure-track entry-level Assistant Professor position in Strategy/International Business/Entrepreneurship in the Department of Management, beginning August 2022.

     

    Qualifications:

    Ph.D. in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, International Business, or Business Administration from an AACSB-accredited institution. ABDs with expected graduation date no later than Feb 1, 2023, will be considered. Applicants will need to demonstrate potential for strong research, excellent teaching, and service aligned with the college's expected outcomes of impact, innovation, and engagement.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Faculty member will be assigned a teaching workload of six (6) courses per academic year in strategy, international business, and entrepreneurship such as Business Policy & Strategy, International Entrepreneurship, and Multinational Management. Faculty member is expected to pursue research leading to refereed journal publications in the field of management. Faculty member is expected to engage in service to the department, college, university, community, and professional associations. The successful candidate will join a department that is committed to scholarly productivity, students' excellence, and innovative and technology focused experiential teaching.

     

    College of Business and Economics:

    The College of Business and Economics is AACSB-accredited in both business and accounting and enrolls over 3500 students. The campus and its surrounding community provide an excellent environment for teaching, research, and supporting the academic pursuits of faculty who work at Towson University.
