    Hello everyone, 

    The Department of Management and Information Systems at the Wayne State University's Mike Ilitch School of Business is seeking to fill a tenure-track position in Organizational Behavior to begin Fall 2022 at the Assistant Professor level. Candidates will be expected to conduct research suitable for publication in top-tier journals, teach courses in Organizational Behavior at the undergraduate, masters, or doctoral level, participate in department and school governance activities and perform related duties as assigned.

    Requirements for the position include a Ph.D. in Management or a related field from an AACSB accredited program, a record or evidence of potential to publish in leading academic journals, and a record of service to the profession. In addition, the ideal candidate would have experience teaching Organizational Behavior courses and have the ability to establish effective relationships with faculty and staff. Salary and benefits packages are competitive.
