The Department of Management and Leadership at Texas Christian University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Management (tenure-track) within the Neeley School of Business. Successful candidates will demonstrate significant research and teaching accomplishments in organizational behavior or closely related fields. Primary responsibilities will include conducting high quality research and teaching undergraduate and/or MBA courses. Collegiality and a demonstrated ability to work with others are highly valued. The Neeley School is located in Fort Worth, Texas, one of the nation's top communities for business growth. The DFW area is the 4th largest metropolitan area in the United States with a combined population of 7.5 million people. Fort Worth is a large city that lives "small" and boasts five world-class museums including the Amon Carter, Kimbell, and Modern Art Museums. Fort Worth's downtown is vibrant and supports both the Fort Worth Opera and Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra. Quality of living is high with great restaurants, local breweries, and Trinity Trails, which offers 40 miles of running or biking trails, equestrian trails for horseback riding, boat launches for canoes, kayaks and sculls, and a water-ski slalom course.
Candidates for the position should possess (or expect completion of by August, 2021) an earned doctorate in management or I/O psychology.
