Hi all,
I am looking to revamp my undergraduate organizational behavior final project. The project style I inherited was a client-based project. Meaning, each student team has to find an external client to work with for the semester. After running this assignment for several semesters, we are finding the local and campus organizations are saturated and this model is likely not sustainable in the future.
Has anyone done hands-on/experiential projects in OB that do not involve students finding external clients? All ideas are welcome!
