Dartmouth College invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Organizational Behavior at the Tuck School of Business. This fellowship supports scholars whose research addresses any area of organizational behavior or organization theory, including questions that sit at the intersection of management and either psychology or sociology. In addition, the fellowship promotes student and faculty diversity at Dartmouth, and throughout higher education, by supporting completion of the doctorate by scholars from underrepresented minority groups and others with a demonstrated ability to advance educational diversity and inclusivity. Applicants will be selected on the basis of their academic achievement, promise in both research and teaching, and their demonstrated commitment to addressing underrepresentation in higher education.
