    Dear colleagues,

We are conducting a meta-analysis on resource cross-over and career sustainability. In this research, we explore various interpersonal variables predicting sustainable careers, i.e., (occupational) health, happiness, and productivity.

We are now seeking unpublished papers to be included in our study that meet all of the following criteria:

    • The study is a quantitative study of dyads (e.g., husband-wife dyads, employee-coworker dyads, leader-follower dyads, child-mother dyads, etc.)
    • The study employs the concept of crossover defined by Westman (2001), the crossover model by Bakker and Demerouti (2013), the spillover-crossover model, or similar concepts.
    • The study examines variables related to occupational health (e.g., job stress, burnout, etc.) and/or occupational happiness (e.g., job satisfaction, work engagement, etc.) and/or productivity (employability, creativity, organizational citizenship behaviors, etc.).

If you have any unpublished work that meets the above criteria, we would really appreciate if you could send your work to us for our meta-analytical data collection. Your help contributes tremendously to the success of our paper. You can send your input to Chloe Nguyen at n.n.y.nguyen@vu.nl.

    Thank you!

Chloe Nguyen, Jos Akkermans, Svetlana Khapova, and Cort Rudolph
