Hello, I want to alert you to a resource of possible interest to OB scholars.

The "Curriculum Library for Employee Ownership (CLEO)" is an online library of research and teaching materials focused on employee ownership, also known as "worker ownership."

Employee ownership is a business model that can reduce wealth inequality, preserve jobs, signal respect to employees as stakeholders, and strengthen company resilience. The site features more than 600 resources including company case studies, videos, links to research articles, and policy reports. Find free fully downloadable case studies here.

A new feature on the site is the "Employee Ownership Speakers Bureau."   The Speakers Bureau includes CEOs and nationally recognized experts who are available to speak with college classes at the undergraduate and graduate levels.  They can tailor their presentation about employee ownership to your course needs. Please request a speaker at least six to eight weeks in advance.

I invite you to visit and make use of CLEO. It is a free resource, provided by the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations. Questions? Please contact adria.scharf@rutgers.edu
