    Position Description

    The Assistant Professor opening is a tenure-track position in the area of organizational behavior. Eligible applicants must conduct high quality research that is published in the Department's "A level" journals; effectively teach management courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level; serve as a research mentor to doctoral students; and interact effectively with colleagues to support and enhance our unique department culture. The appointment will begin in Fall 2022.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1) An earned PhD in organizational behavior or related academic field, or must be close to earning a PhD by the position start date. 

    2) Evidence of the potential to actively publish in premier scholarly management journals.

    Desired Qualifications:

    1) Evidence of teaching excellence in one or more areas of management.

    2) Evidence of a strong research agenda with published or forthcoming papers in premier academic journals.
