    McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management invites applications for one or more tenure-track positions in the Organizational Behavior area starting 1st August 2022, pending budget approval.  Successful candidates will sustain cutting-edge, high quality research and publish in top journals. They are also expected to work actively with doctoral students, and to teach in our undergraduate and graduate programs. We encourage applications from candidates at all levels. Successful senior-level candidates who satisfy the eligibility conditions of the Canada Research Chair (CRC) program may be supported by the University for nomination to a Tier 2 Chair. 

    Qualifications and Education Requirements: 

    Candidates who have already earned a Ph.D. must have done so in a related discipline (e.g., organizational behaviour, management, strategy, international business, entrepreneurship, organizational theory, sociology, psychology). The ideal candidate with a Ph.D. will have an experience-appropriate record of research publications in high quality, peer-reviewed journals, evidence of effective teaching, and clear promise of pursuing an interesting and innovative research agenda. Applicants demonstrating outstanding potential, both as a researcher and a teacher, who are doctoral students and plan to have completed the requirements for their Ph.D. (also in a related discipline) by December 2022 will also be considered. 

    Whereas teaching is done in English, knowledge of French or a willingness to learn French is desirable.
