    Our group at the University of Twente, the Netherlands, is hiring a new Assistant Professor in Organizational Behaviour, Change Management & Consultancy (OBCC). We are looking for an excellent and enthusiastic scholar to join the High-tech Business and Entrepreneurship (HBE) department at the Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social Sciences. The HBE department is a growing research group that holds a leading position at the interfaces of business, technology and the social sciences. We conduct cross-disciplinary business research, supporting organizations in innovative management and decision-making. Through this knowledge we create the future tech-savvy organizational change leaders!

    We are seeking talents with a background in (a combination of) Organizational Behaviour, Change Management, Consultancy, Cross-cultural Management, and (Behavioural) Operations Management. Your research focusses on how organizations, teams, leaders and/or employees can collaborate well to realize sustainable improvements and technological business transformations. For example, you study effective leadership and followership in high-tech firms around the globe, or firms adopting (green) operational excellence/industry 4.0/data-driven decision making. You have acquired expertise in various research methods in business administration, taught or co-developed courses in this OBCC area, but could also connect to the domains of industrial engineering and management, and business information systems.

    HBE scholars perform ground-breaking research combining various themes such as smart-industry, organizational behaviour & change, supply chain management, transportation and logistics management, innovation management, healthcare, technology based entrepreneurship, purchasing and supply management, corporate finance, and HRM.
