    Dear Colleagues, Greetings from California!

I trust you are doing fine during these challenging times.

You are cordially invited to contribute a chapter in the Routledge Companion to Leadership and Change, edited by Satinder K. Dhiman, to be published during early Spring 2022.

We have over 40 chapters (co-) authored by more than 60 scholars/practitioners who have already submitted their proposals for this volume! We are inviting ten more chapter proposals.

If the theme of this publication resonates with you, please submit a 150 words chapter proposal by March 15, 2021, to satinder.dhiman@woodbury.edu

Kindly see attached guidelines for the submission of the completed chapters. Please follow the pedagogical guidelines strictly. This is necessary to ensure uniform quality and consistency throughout such publications.

A careful adherence to this structure will bring coherence and uniformity in the book when I prepare the layout of the book and reduce extra work at the copy-setting stage. It is also important to ensure a high-quality chapter content, given the stature of such publications.

Please see below a similar recent volume edited by this author, to get a measure of the scale and scope of these Routledge companions:

Please note that the completed chapters are due on June 30, 2021. Your early submission of carefully completed and proofread chapter (s) will help to honor this due date.

When you send your completed chapter to me at satinder.dhiman@woodbury.edu, please include in the subject line of your email: "Routledge Companion to Leadership and Change."

Kindly let me know if you have any further questions.

I look forward to receiving your complete chapter on or before June 30, 2021.

Thank you so much for your noble gift of caring for this topic so very sincerely.

    Soli Deo Gloria.
