    The Department of Management at the University of Kentucky seeks applications for a tenure-track position at the (possibly advanced) assistant professor level beginning fall 2022. Candidates should have research expertise in social network analysis (particularly stochastic modeling), though the area of substantive application is open. Candidates should be able to teach courses at all levels, including in our newly launched Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management and Analytics (the curriculum includes two courses in organizational network analysis, as well as courses in research methods and analytics). Eligible candidates must hold a Ph.D. in management or a related field. ABDs who expect to complete their degrees by August 2022 may also be considered. The position may also involve other duties such as curriculum-building, assisting with program management, and mentoring students.
