    The Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor of Management, with expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) starting in September 2022.

    The successful candidate will demonstrate teaching excellence and the ability to contribute to and promote the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion in undergraduate and graduate curriculum as well as other School programs. Other criteria include strong potential to publish DEI and other related research in relevant academic journals and evidence of DEI-focused practice. We are seeking candidates whose research and teaching interests will strengthen and complement the Albers School's mission of achieving excellence in research, teaching, and the practice of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Applications are invited from candidates outside of Management areas, but preference will be given to  Management specialties (e.g., Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Strategy).

    Responsibilities will include teaching, research, and service.

    Qualifications

    Candidates must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree by Fall 2022 with a demonstrated commitment to and excellence in teaching, research, and service.
