The Doctoral Student Consortium and the Junior Faculty Consortium hosted by the Western Academy of Management (WAM) will both be held virtually on April 21, 2021, alongside the WAM Annual Meeting.
We invite doctoral students at all stages in their program to apply for the Doctoral Consortium and all junior faculty to apply for the Junior Faculty Consortium. WAM welcomes newcomers to the conference!
What and When
The consortia will be held on April 21st from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Pacific time. Attendees are expected to attend the full session.
The consortia will include live presentations and small group discussions about research, publishing, teaching, and other career-related issues. There will be opportunities to network with scholars and make valuable connections. Participants will also receive feedback on their Teaching or Research Statement, that they are expected to provide by April 1st, 2021, prior to the conference.

We particularly welcome applications from students who have not attended a consortium before and newcomers to WAM will find this a valuable way to network. Applications must be received by February 28th, 2021, and will be processed on a first-come basis.
