  • 1.  cross-national data sets on workplace attitudes?

    Dear Netters,

    For one of my projects, I'm interested in the impact of culture on workplace attitudes, and as such I was wondering whether you know of any publicly available data sets that include measures of workplace attitudes (e.g., job satisfaction, org. commitment, turnover intention) collected across countries? I looked into the World Values Survey data set, and while it does contain an item on job satisfaction, they end up not collecting data on it. As such, I'm looking for an alternative data source.

    Hi Bart,

    Potentially the ISSP (International Social Survey Programme) "Work Orientations" module would be helpful?
