    The University of New Hampshire's Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior beginning August 2022. Applicants must have an earned Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior or a closely related field (e.g., Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources) by the appointment date as well as a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and contributing to the academic mission of a research university.

    Competitive candidates will have a track record of publishing in Organizational Behavior topics, broadly defined, in top-tier journals, or will demonstrate the ability to do so in the near future. We also seek a colleague with the ability to successfully teach Organizational Behavior across our undergraduate and graduate programs, in experiential classroom and/or online learning environments, and with an interest in teaching related courses such as Leadership or Human Resources, including People Analytics. Skill in working with diverse constituencies in the academic environment in support of UNH's foundational values of diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion is also sought.
