    Two OB/HR tenure-track position at Oregon State University

     

    The College of Business at Oregon State University will be conducting informational interviews for two anticipated full-time (1.0 FTE), nine-month, tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor positions in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management. Both positions have an anticipated start date of Fall 2021.

     

    Applicants should possess a Ph.D. from an AACSB-International accredited university or equivalent, with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior or Human Resource Management or closely related field, earned by the start date. Successful candidates are expected to produce interesting, high-quality research in OB/HR, publish in top journals, teach courses in OB, HR, and/or Management Ethics, and possess a demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity.

     

    Successful candidates at the Assistant Professor level will have evidence of strong potential for research and scholarly publication in high-quality peer-reviewed publications.

     

    At the Associate level, candidates will have evidence of OB/HR management research dissemination in high-quality peer-reviewed publications.

     

    Management faculty at Oregon State have published in top journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Management, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and Personnel Psychology.
