    PhD in Management: Specialization in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management

    Call for Application
    ESADE's PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management Track) is seeking applications for its September 2020 intake. ESADE (Barcelona, Spain) offers a range of scholarships that cover fees and living expenses. Our program prepares students to contribute to high quality academic research. Students are initially registered as Master of Research (Mres) students, which comprises the specialized research coursework of the PhD.

    Potential areas of interest: Organizational Behavior & Psychology (Leadership; Teams & Groups; Identity; Negotiation; Diversity; Stereotyping, prejudice & conflict management; Emotions) & Human Resource Management (Strategic HRM, International HRM, HRM and Well-Being, Future of Work, HRM and labor relations).

    Scholarship and Living Stipend
    Scholarships cover the whole amount of the tuition fees: €15,400 for the first year and €13,500 per year for the subsequent years. In addition the school offers some stipends to cover living expenses during the program. Access to scholarships and stipends is competitive for the first year (MRes) and automatic for the three subsequent years upon satisfactory progress in the program.

    Eligibility for the Programme:
    • All applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or Master from an accredited university.
    • Work experience / graduate degrees are not required for admission.
    • Applicants will be expected to have strong quantitative skills.
