    Carl H. Lindner College of Business – University of Cincinnati


    The Department of Management of the University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business seeks to fill a non-tenure track Assistant Professor-Educator position that begins in Fall 2021. The Department has a strong commitment to quality teaching and research and includes 16 full-time faculty in organizational behavior, strategy, and entrepreneurship.


    Essential Functions

    The function of this position is teaching courses in management and organizational behavior. Educator faculty are also expected to help develop courses for both in-person and online delivery and participate in service. Past business experience and contributions to pedagogical or practice research are valued but not required.


    Minimum Requirements

    • A PhD in Management, organizational behavior, or a related discipline (or ABD status).
    • Demonstrated teaching success in an accredited business school.
    • A record of having independently taught at least one course in management, organizational behavior, or a related area at the undergraduate or graduate level.
