This symposium is designed for management scholars eager to explore how computational methods can inform and advance theory development in collaboration studies. Our target audience is organizational behavior researchers looking to use fine-grained data for deeper insights into interactions - we'll show you state-of-the-art tools, like large language models, turn segmentation algorithms, and NLP - and discuss ways that you can incorporate these methods to enhance both experiments and field studies.
