    Postdoc / Assistant Professor - non tenure track - with a Ph.D./doctoral degree for a full-time, six-year position at the Institute of Leadership & Change Management

    Job Duties:

    • Conducting autonomous research and taking part in joint research projects in creativity, innovation, and leadership with other institute members
    • Supervising Bachelor's and Master's theses
    • Teaching subjects related to Leadership, HR & Change Management
    • Supporting further institute's activities including related university self-management tasks

    Your Qualifications:

    • The candidate must hold a Doctorate/Ph.D. degree in Management / Business, Sociology, or Social Psychology
    • Expertise in the field of Organization Theory and Organizational Behavior, especially about Leadership, Creativity, and Innovation
    • An interest in studying the social mechanisms underlying the behavior of organizations and their members (such as creativity)
    • Command of qualitative and quantitative research methods
    • Proficiency in English and a good command of German (level C1)
    • High motivation to conducting research and teaching
