Eastern Academy of Management would like to invite you to submit your work (conceptual, empirical papers, symposiums, professional development workshops, posters) to the 58th annual conference to be held May 19-22, 2021, to be held virtually. The Deadline for submissions is extended to January 31st, 2021.
The theme of EAM (2021) is Responsible Management: Opportunities and Challenges. Given the challenges faced in 2020 (global pandemic, race relations, and climate issues), it more than ever crucial for management scholars to frame and reframe responsible management/leadership, responsible management education, and research into organizational social responsibility. We invite you to submit your work either related to the conference theme or otherwise and join us for three days of stimulating and friendly conversations.
