    PhD in Management: Specialization in Organizational Behavior

     

    Call for applications

     

    IESE's PhD in Management Program is seeking applications from ambitious candidates who are interested in pursuing a PhD on OB or HRM-related topics for its September 2020 intake.

    ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT: IESE's Managing People in Organizations department (i.e., OB and HRM department) is strongly dedicated to excellence in research. The department comprises 17 full-time professors who collaborate closely with doctoral students and have published in outlets such as AMJ, AMR, JAP, OBHDP, JPSP, or JIBS.     ABOUT THE PROGRAM: IESE's PhD program is based on the traditional U.S. model. This model foresees fundamental coursework in the first stage (2 years; awarded with a Master's degree) before beginning the PhD stage (2-3 years).

     

    The doctoral program provides full financial funding during the entire program (4-5 years) in the form of a living stipend of 16,695 EUR/year and a tuition fee waiver. Moreover, the school offers an additional budget to cover travel expenses related to conference presentations.

    ELIGIBILITY: Required are a bachelor or master's degree with a strong academic record, GMAT or GRE test scores, a passion about research, and the motivation to produce top-level research.
