"Medicine is to Health as Law is to Justice as Business is to what?"

That's the question Professor Thomas Donaldson, at Wharton, asks in a recent article, Toward a Theory of Business, he co-authored with James Walsh, Professor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan.

It's also one of the questions Tom and I discussed during the first episode of Season 2 of my video/podcast, The BIS: Business Integrity School.

Video/Podcast: Season 2 - Episode 1: Interview with Tom Donaldson Discussing the Future of Business Ethics

The other issue Professor Donaldson and I discussed was the future of business ethics and ethics education. Tom shared his three words to describe the future of business ethics education.

Now I want to know yours! How much has changed when it comes to the field of business ethics since Andrew Stark's HBR article written 25+ years ago?

What three words would you use to describe the future of business ethics for the next 25 years?
