    Ball State University is recruiting for an Assistant / Associate Professor of Management

    The Department of Management has a full-time tenure track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor available beginning August 2022. Primary responsibilities include teaching, conducting scholarly research, and service.  Applications due: 12/09/2021

    Minimum Qualifications: PhD in management or other closely-related field from an accredited institution of higher education by date of appointment. (ABD near completion will be considered, but the degree must be conferred by date of appointment.)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Earned doctorate from an AACSB-accredited institution in Management or a closely related field.
    • Expertise in the area of strategic management, leadership, and/or international management.
    • Evidence of teaching effectiveness. 
    • Evidence of scholarly research or potential for scholarship.
    • Relevant industry work/business experience. 
    • Demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
