Dear colleagues,
We are currently conducting a meta-analysis on interventions with the primary or secondary goal of increasing employees' psychological detachment from work or related constructs such as work-related rumination, positive/negative work reflection etc.
We are seeking any unpublished work including unpublished data or manuscripts (e.g., work in press or in progress), book chapters not listed on common electronic databases, dissertations, theses, and conference papers.
To be included in the meta-analysis, studies need to report the effects of an intervention (e.g., work-directed interventions such as job design interventions or person-directed such as recovery training programs) on employee psychological detachment (or similar constructs). Promoting psychological detachment does not need to be the primary goal of the intervention; we are also looking for interventions that measured psychological detachment from work (or related constructs) as a secondary outcome. Intervention participants need to be working adults.
If you have unpublished research that meets these criteria, we would greatly appreciate if you could send us your study. If a full or working paper is not available, we would be happy to send you a short questionnaire about your study. To send your paper or request the short questionnaire, please contact Verena Haun (verena.haun@uni-mainz.de) by June 3rd 2020.
Thanks for your support!
Stay safe and healthy!
Best wishes,
