Are you interested in research involving groups and teams? Then it's time to register for the Virtual 2020 INGroup conference! This year, like many conferences, we are doing things a little differently. We will be having our sessions on five consecutive Thursdays starting at Oct 1 10:00 am EDT and ending Oct 29 at 12:00 pm EDT on Whova (https://whova.com/portal/webapp/ingro_202010/)
Instead of traditional paper presentations, we will have facilitated synchronous discussions around paper themes. You will also have a chance to read executive summaries and view short pre-recorded presentations of the papers associated with that theme. During the synchronous sessions, the facilitators will lead discussions on the emergent themes from the papers, current events, and their own expertise with this topic!
We know that the social aspect of INGRoup is one of the things that people love best about the conference, so we're planning to make this as interactive as possible, including:
- A live pub trivia event hosted by Geeks Who Drink
- Discussion boards and meetups to help you connect with other groups and teams researchers (and a special board just for students)
- Zoom meetings (instead of webinars) so you can see and talk to each other
- Live Q&A where you can write and upvote questions
The registration fee for this conference is:
- Faculty and Professional Non-members: $90 (which will include a year membership in INGRoup)
- Faculty and Professional Members: $25
- Student Non-Members: $20 (which will include a year membership in INGRoup)
- Student Members: $0
