    About the Job

    The Industrial and Organizational Psychology Doctoral program within the Department of Organizational Sciences and Communication invites applications for a tenure-track appointment as an Assistant Professor to begin as early as Fall 2022, pending final budgetary approval. The Department's interests focus on selection, training, measurement, psychometrics, and technology.

    Job Requirements

    Applicants must have earned a PhD in I-O Psychology or related field by date of appointment. ABD candidates will be considered. Applicants must have a strong record of research in any area of industrial-organizational psychology, potential to obtain external funding, experience in teaching relevant classes, and a willingness to teach in both the I-O Ph.D. program and our undergraduate Organizational Sciences program. Applicants must also demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to the educational goals of a diverse educational community.

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities

    Duties include conducting research, publishing in top-tier journals, seeking external funding, supervising undergraduate and graduate students, teaching courses in I-O and related areas to undergraduate and graduate students, and providing service to the academic unit.
