*** Apologies for cross-posting ***Dear all,
KU Leuven has a full-time academic vacancy in the area of Space for Healthy Organisations.
At a time when organisations and individuals around the world are forced to reconsider their ways of working, this unique position seeks to foster interdisciplinary research and education that closes the triangle between (1) the built environment, (2) organisation studies, and (3) health (promotion) & well-being. You are not expected to master every aspect of the triangle, but should be able to coordinate, strengthen and optimize a research network between the relevant expertise available at KU Leuven and beyond.
You will be appointed 50% in the Research[x]Design group of the Department of Architecture, and 50% in the Buildings Physics Section of the Department of Civil Engineering, from where you will work in close collaboration with the Research Centre for Work and Organisation Studies and the Department of Public Health and Primary Care.
Depending on the record and qualifications, you will be appointed or tenured in one of the grades of the senior academic staff: assistant professor, associate professor, professor or full professor. If you are a junior researcher you will, in principle, be appointed as assistant tenure track professor for a period of 5 years. If your evaluation after this period is positive, you will receive a permanent appointment as a tenured associate professor.
