    Associate Professor Positions in Organizational Behavior

     

    The Organizations and Innovation Group at the UCL School of Management seeks applications for faculty positions at the Associate Professor level. We are particularly interested in research related to creativity, innovation, social networks, diversity, and related topics. The anticipated start date is 1 September 2021. We welcome applications from candidates pursuing topics related to either macro or micro organizational behavior.

    The School consists of five research groups: Organizations & Innovation, Strategy & Entrepreneurship, Operations & Technology, Marketing & Analytics, and Finance, Accounting & Economics.

     

    The Organizations and Innovation group includes research faculty members Martin Kilduff, Colin Fisher, Sarah Harvey, Sunny Lee, Chia-Jung Tsay, Joshua Becker, Jim Berry, Clarissa Cortland, Felix Danbold, Verena Krause, Blaine Landis, and Tom Taiyi Yan, as well as PhD students and post-docs. The Organizations & Innovation Group, in line with the School's focus, has built a strong, collegiate, and active research community. As a research-focused group, tenure-track positions involve teaching only 2 courses per year (with a reduction in year 1) with generous research support, including the provision of research assistants. Our group, in liaison with the Strategy & Entrepreneurship Group, holds weekly internal brown bag seminars, and regularly invites leading scholars to present their work.

     

    Successful candidates should have a Ph.D. in a relevant field from an accredited institution, possess a strong research record commensurate with the rank of Associate Professor, and have impressive teaching credentials.
