Greetings,
Each year the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership awards a research grant of $2,500 to junior scholars (doctoral students, or junior faculty no more than five years post-graduation) engaging in quality research on servant leadership with high potential for impact. This research can be macro, meso, or micro; quantitative, qualitative, or mixed; so long as it offers a new and important contribution to the literature and practice.

Beyond the funding, Greenleaf Scholars have the opportunity to present their work at the Center's International Servant-Leader Summit, and will have other opportunities to collaborate with the Center and other scholars.
