OPEN-RANK FACULTY POSITION IN ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR / HUMAN RESOURCES
The Nanyang Business School (NBS) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) invites applications for an Open-Rank Faculty position (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) in the area of Organizational Behavior or Human Resources. The position is open to interest/research area, although there is some preference for those scholars working in the Leadership area.
Requirements:
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree from a recognized university. Preferred candidates will have an outstanding research record in top-tier management-journal publications or high-quality works-in-progress targeted toward top journals, especially those in the field of management (e.g., AMJ, AMR, SMJ, JAP, PPsych, OBHDP, ASQ, and OrgSci). In addition, applicants must show promise or evidence of teaching excellence at undergraduate and/or graduate-level.
