The Ivey Business School is hiring for a tenure-track position in organizational behavior. We are seeking to leverage and integrate our strengths in the areas of leadership, positive organizational scholarship, teamwork and collaboration, and diversity and inclusion, by hiring a scholar to join several active researchers already exploring these areas. The successful candidate will be working at any level of analysis (micro-, meso-, macro-). They will be eager to pursue research connecting these levels of analysis with each other and linking their research with other important phenomena such as resilience and sustainability.
